During the spring of 2024, a training and coaching package was implemented for the staff of the University of Eastern Finland related to anticipation of challenging encounters, acute care and decommissioning. The whole lasted the whole spring and consisted of four different meetings. The average of all feedback on a scale of 1-5 was 4.68. Here is one reference sentence from the open feedback given:
"This has been the most useful and important training of my career so far, which gave concrete means for anticipation and challenging situations. This training would be useful for every teacher and it would be important that the entire school staff receive the same training."

Roteva ® Safety Training
Roteva ® safety training is a training aimed at educational workers, which makes working with children and young people safer. The training is based on the management of stress reactions, dialogue and effective and safe physical restraint techniques and tactics. Safety training is suitable for workers in child protection, teaching and education.
The training can also be tailored for other human relations workers, such as emergency care, customer service, etc.
