What is Roteva workplace counceling?
In Roteva Workplace Counceling, the focus is on improving work efficiency with a solution-oriented and coaching approach.
Job guidance is a process-like method that supports the employee in interaction skills and understanding the whole. The goal is to strengthen winning ways of working, one's own professionalism and ability to work.

The effectiveness of job supervision is based on utilizing the supervisee's own resources, respectful encounters, realistic goal setting and continuity.

I am a CSLE® Certified Supervisor and Coach of Leaders and Executives®, STOry, i.e. a educated management and work community supervisor.
I am also a defusing and debriefing instructor, so crisis management is also part of my services.

How is Workplace Counceling implemented?

It is organized for management and employees

Meeting every 1-5 weeks at a place specified by the customer, in Lahti at the partner's premises or by remote connection.

Functional meetings, e.g. accompanied by walking, moving in nature or training are recommended

The duration of the meeting is generally 60-90 minutes.
How does workplace counceling differ from other forms of support?

The picture above is one approach to show the relationship between different forms of support . The higher you go in the pattern, the more resources the customer has to take control. Work management is located in the middle of the diagram, which means that the client's resources are then at a "normal" level.

Workplace Counceling as a concept evokes many kinds of images, from job orientation to therapy. That is a form of support organized to support the employee and the work community, which strengthens work performance, at the core of which is the working person . There are other similar forms of support, such as consultation, coaching, therapy, etc. Often these concepts also contain elements from each other and sometimes the demarcation can seem artificial. However, it is essential that the form of support should be changed on a case-by-case basis according to the customer's needs.

Roteva Workplace Counceling focuses on solution-oriented work supervision, but depending on the customer's situation, the guidance can be influenced by training and coaching as well as resource-oriented work supervision.
The strength of Roteva Workplace Counceling is in understanding individuality, but in appropriate challenging, looking for concrete solutions.
