How to cope with challenging customers in telephone work?
Aggression is often the result of insecurity and disappointment. It is also a manifestation of the use of power, which ultimately aims to improve one's own well-being.
However, with the help of dialogue and negotiation skills, we can help the customer in his own uncertainty and thereby solve the issue that is on the table.

Safe handling of acute aggression in a teacher's everyday life
Love gives limits and limits are love. These limits are sometimes also tested with violence. Aggression is often the result of insecurity and disappointment. It is also a manifestation of the use of power, which ultimately aims to improve one's own well-being. The teaching staff needs uniform and safe means to respond to aggressions as well. This is the tip of the iceberg of the much praised Roteva safety training, i.e. the crystallization of mental and physical boundaries.

The school staff faces threatening situations from both students and parents. How can these be prevented? How to try to resolve the situation? How can we help so that the situation does not repeat itself and the feeling of psychological and physical security increases in the future?
