Structure and Implementation
Roteva Safety Training consists of a basic course, an advanced course, and refresher courses.

Basic Course:
A two-day training including theory and practical exercises using simple methods and a clear operational model. Training is conducted both on mats and in real-life operational environments. -
Advanced Course:
Focuses on reflecting on the time after the basic course, practicing learned skills in real-life operational environments, and deepening tactical approaches to more challenging situations. -
Refresher Course:
Involves reflecting on the time after the advanced course and practicing learned skills either in real-life operational environments or on mats. Customized training, coaching, and workplace counseling sessions can also be ordered on specific themes as requested by the client.

Roteva safety training in Orimattila
In the fall of 2022, Orimattila's educational services ordered a whole from Roteva Coach oy
safety training for teaching staff to develop the safety culture of schools,
for the prevention of challenging customer situations, acute care and situations
for dismantling.
Active training went through approx. Including 100 staff members
principals, special class teachers, subject and class teachers and
school attendance counselors from each unit. All participated in the lecture training
personnel (approx. 200 members).
With the help of the training, we gained a uniform understanding for each city
for increasing readiness and anticipating situations, as well as safe and legal ones
operating methods for acting in situations. The training also provided important lessons for the challenging ones
for decomposing situations.
As a trainer, Janne is very professional, experienced and engaging
trainer. The training days were also perceived as communal and promoting work well-being
