Management Team Training

Management team training utilizes Deep Lead Ltd.'s Management Team Profile tool. During the training process, a clear and actionable plan is developed based on the identified goals outlined in the Management Team Profile. Achieving these goals can also be supported through individual coaching sessions.

When you order a Management Team Profile, you will receive a questionnaire via email, which takes 3-10 minutes to complete. The profile is analyzed during a 2-3 hour session led by the coach, during which a development plan is created to address areas for improvement. To ensure impact and follow-up, continued coaching sessions are recommended.

The training can be further enhanced with 360° feedback for individual management team members and personalized coaching sessions.
